Subscription Services are billed on a recurring basis at the frequency you select. Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
All content, software, trademarks, methodologies, and materials available through our Services are the intellectual property of Logic Pulse Analytics Pte. Ltd. or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights beyond what is necessary to access the Services for their intended purpose.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Services. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Our Services may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Logic Pulse Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@logicpulseanalytics.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
Material changes will be notified to registered users via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

We do not use your data to train AI models. User content is processed solely to deliver your requested output.
Data is stored in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1). We implement encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
Data is retained while your account is active. Following closure, data is deleted or anonymised within 12 months. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Singapore law.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers bound by data processing agreements, where required by law, or in a business transfer with advance notice.
Under the PDPA you may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent. Contact us at hello@logicpulseanalytics.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting hello@logicpulseanalytics.com or through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then and will not be charged again.
No charge is made during a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged at the applicable rate.
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods already charged. Exceptions apply when:

Refund terms for custom consulting or enterprise contracts are specified in the individual service agreement. In the absence of such terms, completed and delivered work is non-refundable.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
